1. Can I personalize a bouquet?

YES.

All our bouquets are custom-made and crafted with fresh, seasonal flowers. You can specify your preferred colors and flowers when ordering. Depending on flower availability, we do our best to fulfill your request while staying true to the style of your chosen bouquet. Each bouquet is therefore unique.


2. What is the size of the bouquets corresponding to each option?

The size of a bouquet varies depending on the flowers used. For the same price, a bouquet of roses is smaller than one composed of hydrangeas. It is therefore difficult to specify a precise size. That said, as a guideline, a mixed bouquet (composed of several varieties of flowers) costing €100, for example, has a diameter of approximately 50cm.


3. Are the bouquets delivered in a vase?

NO.

Our bouquets are sold individually, without a vase. However, you can purchase a vase from our online shop. In that case, we can deliver the bouquet in its vase.

Hotels often provide vases for their guests. Therefore, it is not necessary to purchase one.


4. Can you deliver on the same day?

YES.

We can deliver the same day in Paris if your order arrives before 4 PM. After 4 PM, we deliver the next day.

You can also schedule your delivery in advance by choosing a delivery date.


5. Can you deliver outside of Paris?

YES.

We can deliver to the Paris suburbs. The municipalities served and delivery rates are specified in the "Practical Information" -> "Deliveries and Rates" section.


6. Can I leave a message for the recipient of the bouquet?

YES.

If the bouquet is a gift, you can write a message for the recipient, either when adding the bouquet to your cart or during the checkout process when you are asked for additional information. If you forget before confirming your order, you can also email us at contact@boyaparis.com, quoting your order number.
